This is my second time using Ding bats. Should be 5-stars but I got tear and holes on the first few pages even though received in plastic wrap.
It’s an even more beautiful color than on the website, I love the way it’s set up! Can’t wait to use it more
also really enjoy the greener aspect of this journal
I started with Moleskine dot-grid and it was great. Then I discovered Leuchtturm1917 and it was even better and slightly larger. I have found THE ONE in Dingbats Earth dotted A5 journal. It is slightly wider than the Leuchtturm1917, it has some helpful bullet journal keys in front, I love the tab key to color the pages and the paper is magnificent. Nice, thick paper with no bleeding. Still has the helpful pocket in the back. Two page markers. And, unlike the other two journals, it has a pen loop! It has all the features I loved in the other two journals plus more. The ONLY drawback is the limited color selection (and they are all sold out of the color I wanted). Please add more colors to this edition and I will be buying for years to come.
Love the color-coded tab key on the edges of each page, the index, and future log. I also appreciate the slightly larger A5+ size (28 x 39 squares vs 26 x 39 in my previous notebook). The main drawback is that I wish it had more pages (184 vs 249). Paper quality and overall design is great, though the depictions of the indigenous people are exotifying and problematic -“today, few wear native dress...”
